Prepping food for the crockpot takes too long? Craziness...

I'm making two crock pot things today for Jennys BDay celebration. We prepped the "Grandmas Hot Potato Salad" last night so I just stick it in and prepping the roast will take 15 mins tops. I love my crockpots. Shoot I'm trying to think of a justification for a third one. 8>)

A meal is supposed to be a meat and two sides, right?

Yes!! Thank you, I now have justification for a smaller crockpot. Both of mine are large ones.

I recently had to replace my large crock pot and while I was at the store I saw the coolest thing ever, it was a three crock-pot buffet. You could set each one at different temperatures and would be PERFECT for something like this.

I can't really see that.they've even got frozen crockpot meals now (CrockPot Classics I think is what they're called) where you cut the bag open, put in the crockpot with a little bit of water, come home from work and add the potatoes and 20 minutes later you've got dinner. The actual "prep" time is under 5 minutes.
